“Potawatomi Marketplace” is currently operated on the first floor of the game hall and will offer a variety of quick service dining and grab and go snacks.
The new restaurant concept will ultimately have seven spaces emphasizing seven different foods. The first two concepts, Burger Inc. and Project Pizza, are currently open.
Burger offers custom-made burgers, milkshakes, hand-cut fries, and more. Project Pizza specializes in high-quality pizza made from hand-painted dough and top-quality ingredients.
The building expects to showcase various food facilities over the next few months. Potawatomi Marketplace will draw inspiration from food and experiences around the world.
Potawatomi Marketplace will feature Mini, Wow, Small Bar, Gilded Cleaver, Queen of Ramen, and Taco Spot, and the marketplace’s unveiling will take place amid $100 million worth of remodeling work.
