Man United fan laughs and taunts players right in front of them

Man United fans taunted Liverpool players.

“A Liverpool star was seen ‘laughing’ at the taunts of a Manchester United fan after their 4-3 victory over the Red Devils,” British media outlet Sports Bible reported on April 18 (ET).

The Red Devils won a dramatic 4-3 victory over Liverpool in the quarterfinals of the 2023/24 English FA Cup at Old Trafford in Manchester, England, on Jan. 18 (ET).

McTominay opened the scoring before Anthony’s stoppage-time equalizer, Rashford’s stoppage-time winner, and Diallo’s late stoppage-time winner helped United defeat their rivals. After the final whistle, a United fan was filmed taunting the Liverpool bench.

The first person this Man United fan mocked was Jürgen Klopp’s head coach, Peter Kravitz. Next up was Liverpool’s ace, Mohamed Salah, who scored the game-winning goal. The Reds fan laughed and taunted Salah, but he didn’t flinch and walked off the field.

However, Dominik Sobosler, who started the FA Cup game before being substituted, was all smiles as he left the dugout. Andy Robertson had a similar reaction on his way to the locker room. Liverpool fans criticized Sobosler’s reaction on social media.

“Sobosler smiling every time he sees the camera, he’s the most dedicated player ever,” one fan criticized. Another wrote: “Sobosler is not a real soccer player. As soon as he sees the 토토 camera, he instinctively smiles,” another added.

“Robertson and Sobosler laughing, Salah is the only one with a winning mentality,” “As a soccer player, you have to have self-control and patience to control your temper in this situation,” and so on.

Meanwhile, Liverpool’s treble hopes were dashed as they failed to protect their lead. Instead of Chelsea and Man City in the quarterfinals, the Reds will face Coventry City from the second tier and will play a single leg at Wembley on April 20 for a place in the final.
