The U.S. Women’s Professional Golf (LPGA) Tour returns to South Korea this week.The BMW Ladies Championship ($2.2 million purse), which begins on Sept. 19 at Seowon Hills Course (par 72, 6,647 yards) at Seowon Valley Country Club in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, is the only LPGA Tour event to be held in Korea.This year’s field of 78 players will compete for four days without a cut to determine the winner.
Last year’s winner, Lydia Ko (NZL), is among the world’s top players, along with Jin Young Ko and Nellie Koda (USA), as well as World No. 1 Lilia Boo (USA) and this season’s LPGA Tour money winner, Allison Ko (USA).Recent LPGA Tour winners Kim Hyo-ju and Hae-ran Hae are also in the mix, along with Jeon In-ji, Yang Hee-young, Kim Arim, and 바카라사이트 Choi Hye-jin.This year’s No. 1 rookie, Hae-ran Lee, has five tournaments remaining this year to solidify her title.
