Russian national lottery operator Sports Lottery LLC for recently acquired B2B sportsbook and technology provider BtoBet.

The strategic deal, hailed as a “landmark” deal, will see BtoBet offer an advanced Player Account Management (PAM) module platform while also offering online and retail channel access to lottery games to Russian state-run lottery operators, one of only two licenses in the transcontinental country.

Extension Options:

The three-year contract offers an extension option and includes the addition of 10 “retail-only” instant lotteries in the form of classic printed tickets, along with a handful of lottery-based lotteries for both retail and online sales channels.

It has been finalized that Aspire Global, which announced the deal and was approved by the North Macedonia authorities, will acquire a 100% stake in BtoBet Ltd. It has positioned the Malta-based company as one of the world’s leading iGaming suppliers, with investments from leading aggregator and game studio Parisplay last year.
