Oh’s multi-goal ‘one-man show’, including theater goal, leads Hengk to 2-1 upset win

Striker Oh Hyun-kyu, who plays for Belgian professional soccer side Genk, exploded for a multi-goal performance to lead his team to a thrilling come-from-behind victory.

The striker came on as a second-half substitute and scored the equalizer and the game-winner in a 2-1 home victory over Mechelen in the ninth round of the 2024-2025 Belgian State Philharmonic League at the Segeka Arena in Henk, Belgium, on Monday (Sept. 28).

After starting the match from the bench, Oh entered the fray in the 15th minute of the second half with the score tied at 0-0, replacing Tolo Arokodare.

Shortly after his introduction, Henk conceded a goal to Kerim Mravti.

However, Oh turned the game around in the 31st minute of the second half with a two-goal one-man show.

He drew a handball foul and converted the penalty kick he earned himself to equalize.

The goalkeeper read the direction of Oh’s shot to the bottom left corner of the goal, but it was too strong to stop.

Oh then scored the game-winning goal in the 52nd minute of the second half in a chaotic situation following a corner kick.

With the goalkeeper scrambling to his feet, Oh struck a left-footed turning shot from the right side of the box into the back of the net for the winner.

Oh took off his jersey and hugged his teammates to share the joy of the upset.

After making his presence felt in front of the home fans, Oh took off not only his jersey but also his undershirt and happily received a yellow card.

It was Oh’s second consecutive goal in the eighth round against Dendur.

Add in his assist against Anderlecht in Round 7 and it’s three consecutive offensive points.

Oh has played seven regular-season games this season as a substitute, but he is becoming more and more of a contributor to the team. His playing time is also increasing.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see him start the next game.

After playing for Celtic in Scotland, Oh moved to Belgium ahead of this season as his place in the team was limited.

Thanks to Oh’s performance, Feyenoord have won seven games in a row and remain at the top of the league with 33 points. 온라인카지노사이트
